DAUM Represents Alere Property Group in a 169,732 SF Lease in Fontana, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Alere Property Group in the leasing of a 169,732 square foot, state-of-the-art industrial building located at 7875 Hemlock Avenue. The total consideration of the lease was $5,650,000.

Mark Zorn and Tal Siglar of DAUM’s Inland Empire office represented the landlord, Alere Property Group in the transaction. The Alere Property Group is based out of Newport Beach, CA.

Greg Lance of Equis represented the tenant in the transaction, Recall Information Systems, Inc.
