CAREER SUMMARY:
For more than 20 years Brad has specialized in Industrial & Commercial Real Estate in the South Bay, particularly making his mark in El Segundo. During these years, Brad has personally leased/sold more Industrial property in El Segundo than any other Broker. During 1997, 1998, 2000 & 2003, Brad leased/sold more El Segundo Industrial property than all other Firms combined. Additionally, Brad personally secured the tenant or buyer for 59% of the properties that he has listed. Recently Brad has been under contract, representing a Major Aerospace Defense Contractor.
EDUCATION:
Brad attended University of California Los Angeles, earning his B.A. in communications in 1981
REAL ESTATE COMMUNITY:
Brad has been a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (A.I.R.) since 1988, and is currently the Past-President having served as the 2003 President. Brad has served on the Board of Directors since 1996, and held several Chairs. While serving as the Computer Chairman and Multiple Chairman, Brad’s Major accomplishment has been the design and implementation of the association’s e-Multiple. This is the associations first Internet-based Multiple Listing Service. Brad is a member of the Society of Industrial and Commercial Realtors; only 2% of all commercial real estate professionals have met the rigorous standards of the SIOR to hold this prestigious designation.
DAUM CAREER:
Brad joined DAUM in 1997 as a Vice President and Shareholder and has consistently reached DAUM’s president clubs - top producer level since joining the company. Brad was promoted to Executive Vice President of DAUM in 2001.
